3. How To send a memo to a channel
To send a memo to a channel you need to have an access in the channel you want to send a memo to.

There are some levels which the channel founder set to allow certain users to send to the channel (aop | sop | cofounder} if the memo level in any channel set to aop and you have access in the channel you can send by using this command:

/memoserv send #channel "msg"
