You may think you need an IRC Operator, but it’s not always necessary. You should first make sure you need an IRCOp, then find one(section 4), and know how to approach him/her. If you get your problem solved, follow the advice for the future. If you get rejected, there has to be a reason. It’s nothing to get depressed about. Have a new start, don’t do the same mistakes and obey the rules.
