1. IRC Operators and their responsibilities
You may find others call IRC Operators as IRCOps or Opers. They have so many names, but who are they?
An IRC network(ie, WorldUsers Net) is consisted of servers binded together. IRC Operators are those who are the staff members of the network’s servers which you’re connected to while chatting to other people gathered all around the world.
They have some privileges granted for them by the network or server administrators. Those tools are given to them to improve the IRC server they’re contributing in and maintain the smooth activity of those servers. IRC Operators of WorldUsers Net are not bound to(because their activity is voluntary), but may assist users by the problems that they are facing.
