You can approach any IRCop like a regular user. First check he/she is away or his/her idle time is high.
Not all available IRCop are ready to help you because they might have other problems they are trying to fix. Therefore, if you message an IRC operator please be patient and wait for his/her answer. They are all willing to help you, if they don’t they will give you the right directions to get help.
WorldUsers network IRC operators are here to assist you but they can be nice or rude depending on your attitude towards them.
