Page 5 of 5 5. How Did My Nick Drop?
The only way for your channel to drop is when you do not identify to it for a period of 30 days. This timeline will trigger Chanserv automatically to drop your channel. Once done, your channel may be registered by anyone who wishes to, and you will lose the rights to that channel.
To avoid your channel dropping, keep joining irc.worldusers.net regularly and always identify to your channel through Chanserv.
